Blacktrack is true to its name as it is flat and jet black, It has no sheen or shine. It settles with a complete matte liner within a few seconds after application. MAC Gel liner dries up pretty fast. It is smudge-proof. If you want to have smokey eyes with this gel eyeliner, you need to work at the speed of the flight as it dries up quickly.
Mac Pro Longwear Fluidline Gel Eyeliner in Blacktrack stays on the whole day even on my oily eyelids. I have worn it for straight 8 hours and it stays there without any smudge. Even it is waterproof too. You need to have a good makeup remover in your vanity to remove this. You need to have a good applicator to apply this gel eyeliner and it is to be washed after every use as the gel liner dries upon it.
