Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners are long-wear, creaseproof, smudge-proof and water resistant. This has been my most favorite gel liner. How to use it?
Dip tip of Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush into gel formula (coat both sides of brush head). Wipe off excess on a tissue before applying to the eye. Work quickly as the product becomes transfer-resistant once dry. To remove, use Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover.

A deep purplish-black with microscopic glitter, It’s almost like looking upon a clear sky full of stars. The color of this long-wear gel liner suits all skin tones. It is housed in a small glass jar with a black screw top lid which makes it tightly secure.
